📝 Zuma Meatworks Policies

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver directly to student residences and selected addresses.

  • Pretoria & Johannesburg: 1–2 business working days

  • Outside major cities: 1–3 business working days depending on distance
    You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full before orders are processed. We currently accept:

  • EFT (proof of payment required)

  • Mobile transfers (Capitec, eWallet, etc.)

Payment details will be shared upon checkout or via DM for manual orders.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the error is on our side (e.g., incorrect item, damaged hamper on delivery).
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 2 hours of receiving it.

5. Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders

We allow pre-orders for events, bulk deliveries, or early bookings. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance to arrange this. Custom orders may require a deposit.

6. Student Resellers

Students working with Zuma Meatworks will earn commission on every sale. Commission amounts are communicated privately. Resellers are expected to be reliable, represent the brand positively, and ensure orders are paid for in full.
